Getting an error opening a document in NDWL
Getting an error opening a document in NDWL
A delegate may get an error opening a PDF in NDWL.
The first error is when the file is too large to display or upload. It is resolved when the delegate sends the file to a NAPA OPI and gets the document uploaded correctly.
The second error occurs when the orientation of the pages switches from Portrait to Landscape or vice versa. The issue is resolved by printing the PDF which can be opened via NAPA and then print to a PDF driver and reupload the file afterwards through NAPA. Note: This places the landscape pages sideways.
