CAWIS Internal - interface not properly displayed.

localhost: Left hand menu does not display after you select “English” or “French” on the splash page
example:
check that your applicationhost.config in \CAWIS-SWIMN\Source\CAWIS-WAAU\.vs\CAWIS-SWIMN\config has the lines shown below at the end of the <modules> section.
