CAWIS not picking up .pdf files from tctestmaster

The pdf versions of ADs are added to the testmaster shared folder, CAWIS pulls those pdfs based on naming convention and adds them to CAWIS AD files for distribution to aviation industry.
Sometimes PDFs are not being pulled from AWD-CN (\\tctestmaster\tcwwwtest\Aviation\applications) to CAWIS file for that AD.
Troubleshooting the issue:
Following steps should be taken to trouble shoot the missing files from the server.
Check if file is properly named.
Go to \\ncrws488\tcwwwtest\Aviation\applications\AWD-CN\documents and check if the problematic document is correctly named.
The expected format for AD files is:
Canadian directives:
{AD_NUMBER}-{LANG}.{HTM|PDF}(the country code CF is included as part of the AD number)Foreign directives:
{COUNTRY}{AD_NUMBER}.{HTM|PDF}
Check if the sync script if running.
There is a script that copies the files in \\ncrws488\tcwwwtest\Aviation\applications\AWD-CN\documents to:
Internal: \\ncrws539\tcappsroot\Saf-Sec-Sur\2\AwD-CN\documents
External: \\ncrws536\wwwappsroot\Saf-Sec-Sur\2\AwD-CN\documents
Reach out to web team and ask if the missing files exist in the PROD server of the CAWIS.
If the file is missing, ask the Web group to copy the file form the ACC location \\tctestmaster\tcwwwtest\Aviation\applications\AWD-CN\documents to the production.
If the file is not missing, ask the Web group if nighty job located at \\tcwebscripts\scripts\Aviation\cawis\ad_copy_INT.ps1 to copy the files is executed successfully and has all the privileges for example write.
