Request 7 - Generic requests

Most generic requests for the most recent AAIR data (example pbi# 237651) can be addressed by requesting a “canned” AAIR report from the CAWIS Reports menu. This report is available to CAWIS Admin users only, and is not to be made available to anyone, outside of TC.

The data descriptions for the spreadsheet can be found in the attachment section of this article, and should be pasted into TAB-2 of the generated AAIR report.

Please note

1. this report can take up to 2 minutes to compile and extract.

2. It will either open in Excel or save directly to your C:\ downloads directory depending upon your browser settings.

3. The information in this report is compiled from a Materialized view which is refreshed nightly, and so it will not include data updates for the “current” day.
