3-Project Book Detailed | See Fig 4,5,6,7,8 Online counts for all project related subsystems |
4-Project Book Summary (Preview) | Provides the user an Excel report (verified compatible with Office 365) containing the following tabs
|
5-Project Book Summary (Release) | The output from the “release” version is the same as the “preview” version. The difference is, when producing the Release version, a LAST_PROJECT_BOOK_PRINT_DATE is written to TR47_CAWIS_GENERAL_PROPS (SYSDATE), which establishes the date baseline for counting going forward. Any subsequent report will only return data where the issued date is >= LAST_PROJECT_BOOK_PRINT_DATE, or if there is no issue date (NULL - often the case for IN PROGRESS AMOCs) |
6-My Project Book Summary | Same as 4-Project Book Summary, -BUT- Sections 2 through 5 only have counts compiled where OPI = The report requestor’s USERID |
7-My Project Book Detailed | Same as 3-Project Book Detailed - provides online counts, -BUT- Tabs 2 through 5 only have counts compiled where OPI = The report requestor’s USERID |

Notes :
Project Book Report & Last Print Date
If the “Last Printed Date” (LAST_PROJECT_BOOK_PRINT_DATE in table TR47_CAWIS_GENERAL_PROPS) gets set to an incorrect date (For instance: Project Book Summary (Release) is executed instead of Project Book Summary (Preview)) it can cause incomplete reports, later on.
Users with admin access can change this date as follows:
Select “Code Table Admin” under the Admin section in the side menu
Select “General”
Select “General Properties” in the System section
Select “LAST_PROJECT_BOOK_PRINT_DATE”
Change date (Value) and Save
