Error adding Security in TC Person

If you get a NAC 149 error while adding security, it is likely because the Role already exists under that region.

Remove the duplicate row and try to save again.

If it was the first security role for that person. It means that the User ID is already in use.

It might be a historical person, the user was added into NACIS already. Or it might be in use by a NDWL delegate.

(NOTE: You should not add NDWL security roles via NAPA. You need to add NDWL roles via NDWL as it requires additional updates done within the code of NDWL only)
