Printing a FTU (AMO or Manufacturer)certificate Problems

If your Print is not going to PDF. (When Preview is not on)

Your Default printer should be set to a PDF generator in CITRIX.

The Easiest way to change it is, from within NACIS open a List window, open a print dialog box (By selecting file menu then print) and select the PDF driver and right click and select set as default printer (if it is already selected change it to another printer and select it back, CITRIX sometimes messes up the setting through updates)

You can then retry printing the certificate.

If your Signature is not showing up (And it has been validated) or the signature image is cut off.

Open your TC person detail window (the TC person module is located under Personnel menu item),

Search for your name (or the person you are trouble shooting for)

Go to the Electronic Signature tab

Open the Detail and SAVE your signature as a BMP file and reupload on TC Person Signature Sub module. This has been fixed for next release (Any image file type should work.)

If that doesn’t work, have the user delete the NACISII folder from the K: drive in CITRIX Explorer found in Citrix Workspace. (SEE BELOW if you don’t have CITRIX EXPLORER go to the add application area (The + icon left hand side) in CITRIX to select it))

On a FTU print, if the persons name under signature is not being set correctly.

Please go to your TC person window and update the Signature text column under the first name/last name with what you want to appear underneath the signature line.

A bug went out last release that grabs the wrong name from the drop down if no value is on the TC person  signature text.

(NOTE: This has been fixed for next release, It will grab the first name and last name concatenated name displayed in the drop down list).

Also another work around may be to select the name a second time in the drop down.

If you get a copy from the server error

Make sure that you have Word closed (Or the certificate closed), this may happen if you do a preview and leave word open and try to print the certificate again.

Otherwise the server may be down.
