Mapping your default Printer

If your Print is not going to PDF. (When Preview is not on)

Your Default printer should be set to a PDF generator in CITRIX.

The Easiest way to change it is, from within NACIS open a List window, open a print dialog box (By selecting file menu then print) and select the PDF driver and right click and select set as default printer (if it is already selected change it to another printer and select it back, CITRIX sometimes messes up the setting through updates)

You can then retry printing the certificate.

 

NEW ISSUE

For some reason even though the default printer is set to the PDF driver when you try to print it is still defaulting to the WEBEX printer driver.

I would suggest launching CITRIX Mydesk and trying to print something from there. Set your default printer again. and then close Mydesk Log off of Citrix and restart CITRIX to see if that fixes the issue.
