NAPA Year End Roll Over

At the earliest opportunity, at the beginning of a new year, the Stored Procedure NAPA_NACIS.SP_NAPA_YEAR_END_SEQ_RESET in the NAPA_NACIS database (NNPROD) must be executed.

If this stored procedure is not executed, the following occurs:

• users cannot create projects in NAPA or NDWL. Users will receive the message NAP-2010 create_mod_proj returned-3. Contact System Administrator

• the Approval numbers generated on MOD projects will not be correct. This could/would result in duplicate approval numbers later in the year.
