Generating a Certificate Number: Created when the Approval Status on the Certificate Summary tab is set to Approved.
Setting Approval Status to Approved: At least one Make/Model needs to be selected on the Products Tab.
Selecting the Product that is being approved: If the product you are creating the TSO for is not on the list (as it shouldn’t be) it need to be created by a System Administrator (seeCreating Models in NAPA).
