Updating NAPA Fees on April 1st

Open table NAPA_NACIS.DOCS_FEE_MEMO_DATA_LKP in your database browser or TOAD.

Update the Column FEE_MEMO_COST to the new value (You don’t need to update values, 3-5 but I did to keep it consistent).

Also I have added the Document Fees to System Tables

So Admins can add/update Fee Memo Cost as needed in the future
